The key to any practice evaluation and transition is a comprehensive appraisal. I will provide a thorough and detailed evaluation of your practice. If the practice is not sold immediately, it provides a record of value to you and your loved ones, especially in case of significant illness or untimely death. An appraisal will include:

On-site review of the external presentation of your building, interior areas and furnishings, as well as an itemized equipment evaluation.

In-depth review and analysis of office financials, using proprietary formulas.

Assessment and recommendation of all office technologies.
I will stand behind your evaluation for five years, providing annual updates, at no charge, upon your request. At the time of practice sale, the evaluation fee will be deducted from the commission.
